Properties:

1. The furnace body adopts open-type structure, the outer wall is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the interior is made of high-temperature alumina tube. The thermal insulation ceramic fiber cotton is filled between the furnace tube and the furnace wall, which has good thermal insulation effect and small temperature rise on the surface of furnace body.

2. The inner wall of the furnace tube has a groove, and the iron-chromium-aluminum resistance wire is embedded in the furnace tube according to the requirements of uniform tropical length, temperature gradient and fluctuation. The upper and lower holes of the furnace body are set small, which can reduce heat loss.

3. The back of furnace body is equipped with folding pages to facilitate the connection of rotating supports.

4. The position rotation of the three high temperature furnaces uses the servo motor reducer and synchronous belt to drive the turntable to rotate to complete the replacement of heating furnaces. The servo motor can accurately control the Angle position of heating furnaces to ensure efficient and accurate replacement. The turntable seat is on the bearing seat to ensure the stability and smooth operation of the turntable.The whole mechanism is installed on a aluminum frame movable cart, which can be moved to other places at any time when not in use.

5. Each high temperature furnace is equipped with manual fast calipers, easy to operate.

Operation process: three high temperature furnace rotating supports can be selected in the rotating origin state, when the required high temperature furnace rotates to the working position, pull the high temperature furnace into the machine testing space. The whole rotating mechanism and the support cart adopt linear guide slide mode, the entry and exit of main machine is very smooth with little resistance.

7. Three high temperature furnace control systems, rotation control system and temperature display record touch screen are integrated in one control cabinet, easy to operate.

8. Temperature display record touch screen with 10 inch display, can record 3 high temperature time curves, history curves, real-time temperatures, with storage function. Temperature time curve can be selected through the test time, can be exported to U disk.
