Product Description

- Properties

1. High temperature furnace adopts cylinder type or split structure, resistance wire heating.

2. The resistance wires adopts 3-zone separate control mode. 1100ºC high temperature furnace uses φ1.5mm wires and 220V power supply. 1200ºC high temperature furnace uses φ5mm wires, 24V low voltage and high current power supply.

3. The φ5mm resistance wires are made of HRE high temperature resistant fe-chrome-aluminum wires. They can work continuously for more than 50,000 hours under high temperature conditions by using low voltage power supply, which meets the requirements of durable and creep tests.

4. The temperature measuring elements can be K-type or S-type thermocouples, which can work statically and reliably for a long time, and the measuring accuracy can meet the requirements of US and European standards.

5. Special heat insulation measures are adopted outside the thermal insulation layer of the electric furnace. The temperature rise of the external surface of the electric furnace is small, energy-saving and safe.

6.  The front of the furnace body is equipped with an observation window, which is made of quartz glass material and embedded in the water-cooled flange, which can effectively prevent the quartz glass from being deformed by heat and affecting the video measurement results.

7. Temperature Control & Measurement System

The controller is composed of temperature measuring elements (thermocouple), central operation unit (PLC), temperature detection instrument (PID tunning, with AT function) and embedded integrated touch screen HMI. The HMI shows real-time monitoring of temperature and other data changes, display curves, with the function of saving and calling curves, and can trigger alarms when receiving abnormal datas, has humanized protection functions.

8. Connecting Testing Frames

The high temperature furnace is installed on the columns of testing machine through the rotating support arm. The folding support arm can adjust the height and horizontal position arbitrarily according to the requirements, and can be locked after positioning.

9. High temperature connectors

The two ends of specimen are high-temperature fixtures, with water-cooled connecting rods. The connecting rods can be directly held by the wedge-shaped clamp of the testing machine, and can also be directly connected with the moving beam of the testing machine through the connecting attachments.

The connecting rods connected with the load cell end has a cooling water jacket to prevent temperature conduction to the load cell to produce temperature drift and ensure that the sensor is at room temperature.

10. Deformation measurement

The high temperature deformation measurement adopts the extraction type bilateral measurement, and the measuring device extends the test distance deformation to the outside of the furnace, where two deformation sensors (differential transformer, grating ruler, digital dial meter, strain gauge extensometer, etc.) measure and take the average value. After deformation measurement, you can choose to remove the extensometer according to different types of deformation sensors.

 

11. The water cooling system is composed of stainless steel water tank, circulating pump, tubes, connectors, etc.

12. Protection function: reminder when temperature reaches the target; warning when triggering the overtemperature alarm.

13. Customized furnaces can be provided, such as different uniform temperature zones, different installation methods and different testing methods, etc.
