Product Description

Electric hi-temp creep test machine is used for creep, durability, stress relaxation tests for metal, non-metal materials at room temperature or high temperature environment, it can also complete short-term tensile tests, periodic loading tests, low cycle and other tests in room or high temperature.
 

Introduction

 

Electric hi-temp creep test machine is composed of digital servo motor, high precision ball screw transmission system, double-column testing frame, electrical driving system, split or cylinder type high temperature furnace and multi-stage control system, touch screen display measurement & control system, load cell, deformation measurement device, industrial control computer, etc.

 

Main characters

 

1,  The system controller can support 1-10 test systems.

2, There are several types of  high temperature grips to choose, including threaded connection structure, shoulder type hanging structure, through-pin type for flat specimens; Each type of specimen should be paired with a suitable fixture and a high temperature extensometer;

3,  High temperature grips are made of stainless steel, K3, K465 superalloy, DZ alloy, DD alloy and other materials.  K type, S type thermocouples are available to choose according to different testing temperature requirements.

4, Temperature compensation technology is more suitable for precise contolling without traditional water cooling.

5, UPS power supply is an optional, which can ensure that the testing machine can continue to work in a short time in case of power failure, for storage of test data, and unloading  specimens.

6, Photoelectric position indicating device makes the operation more simple and convenient.

7, Meets the following standards: ASTM E139, ASTM E292, ASTM E2714
