Product Description

Suitable for fatigue testing machines, high frequency testing machines.According to customers' different testing machines, we to provide corresponding mounting brackets. These high temperature furnaces can be configured as single-zone heating, double-zone heating or three-zone heating mode. Each heating zone can be individually controlled.

 

1. The square high temperature furnaces are of split rotating structure, and the furnace body is a three-layer heat insulation structure, which is divided into external air heat shield, furnace inner liner and thermal insulation materials in the furnace. The air insulation layer and the inner lining of the furnace body are made of 304 stainless steel plate, and the production process is numerically controlled.

2. The thermal insulation materials in the furnace are made of high temperature resistant ceramic fiber material with good thermal insulation effect, the maximum operating temperature is 1600 degrees in non-test environment.

3. The heating element adopts silicon carbide heating body, the limit temperature is 1400ºC, and the long-term working temperature is nearly 1200ºC.
